One of the reasons why basketball players tend to fail in their education because of all the hype about the Most "educational materials". Almost all basketball training aids are completely scrap and should never be used for any reason.
My advice is, as Public Enemy, "Do not Believe The Hype!"
Between me and you, the players fall for marketing schemes every day. It's terrible, overrated and overhyped as a training aid and basketball programs are today, but the players still seem to want toWasting their hard-earned money on these things, in the hope that they have LeBron James night.
This is a shame. If the players stayed with the old school basketball proven methods of practice, we would see much more "LeBron-esque" by athletes. My rule for a stay away from fraud when you put on your body if you increase by 10 or more inches on your vertical jump is claimed, or if you have to swallow any pills, stay away from him.
There are five simplePrinciples to follow training for basketball players. It is not so difficult. Lifting weights to get stronger. Playing basketball and running drills at high speed and intensity.
